Information about how we get fresh products to your door.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently serve Dhaka City and select surrounding areas. Please enter your pincode on the homepage to check if we deliver to your specific location. We are actively expanding to other districts.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Next day delivery for orders placed after 8 PM.
Same Day Delivery: For orders placed before 10 AM.
Express Delivery: Within 1-2 hours (Select areas only).
Scheduled Slots: You can choose a convenient 2-hour window during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

Order Value	Delivery Charge
Below 500 BDT	50 BDT
500 - 1000 BDT	30 BDT
Above 1000 BDT	FREE

4. Packaging

We use eco-friendly and hygienic packaging. Fresh produce is packed in breathable nets or paper bags. Meat and fish are vacuum-sealed or packed in temperature-controlled containers to ensure freshness during transit.

5. Delivery Failure

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will try to contact you twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee of 50 BDT may apply for the second attempt.
